Written for MMG’s internal communications magazine “The Dirt” this article features one of Industrial Vending Systems PPE vending machines in operation at the Golden Grove mine in W.A.

The article reports MMG recorded a 44% saving on the cost of PPE on the previous year after an intitial 3 month trial.

IVS is described as a “vending solutions company who provided a simple and cost effective solution” to the issue of excessive usage of PPE on the site.

Benefits from the PPE machine included “cash benefits as well as increased accountability and care of equipment by individuals, a tidier work area with less waste and a new behavioural value for cost saving.”
